New label for the cuvée tradition
Our first Cahors in the range. A wine matured in the Tradition for its fruit and its complexity. A pure expression of the Malbec grape variety. Supple attack, well-structured round and gourmet middle with the aromas and fruits perceptible on the nose which persist. A silky finish with fine tannins.
A very beautiful expression of the second terrace of the Lot Valley.

Terroir
Old alluvia from the second terrace of the Lot, they are rather decarbonated and made up of gravel and clayey sand with heterogeneous pebbles.
Winemaking
Traditional natural vinification in stainless steel or/and concrete vats, vatting approximately 15 days.
Elevage
12 months in concrete vats without adding wood.
